WASHINGTON, D.C. — The results of a new Pew Research Center survey, released Jan. 4, found the up-and-coming generation of leaders, known as the Millennials, is less likely to believe in God and less likely to trust religious institutions than any other generation currently living.
What does this mean for the future of the Church and how can the Church today bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to this generation?
“Called, Gifted, Sent: A Roundtable on Communicating the Good News to the Next Generation” will seek to bring insight to the issue.
The lively discussion will be held Feb. 1 at Georgetown Visitation in Washington, D.C. The evening will begin with Vespers at 6:30 p.m.
